**_If you're a working professional in OTC domain who have worked on SAP ERP- preferably in collections management and have a deep understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions, we're looking forward to interact and discuss this opportunity with you._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP_**

**_ _**

**_Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution_**

**_ _**

**_Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements_**

**_ _**

**_Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the past dues_**

**_ _**

**_You should implement collections strategy to reduce the past due Research and resolve issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact_**

**_ _**

**_You are a phenomenal teammate to process any adhoc request in a timely manner._**

**_ _**

**_Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly, effectively and expertly_**

**_ _**

**_Call out problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate._**

**_ _**
