Chief Accounting Officer

1. Need to supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities.

2. Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, reporting financial information

3. Complete knowledge of accounts, Internal and External Audits.

4. Monitoring staff for their assigned works, and as well as weekly and monthly targets.

5. Responsible for timely delivering the assigned task from the team members, preparing all the financial and operational transactional reports and duly signed by Management.

6. Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;
7. Implementing billing, productivity, resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

8. Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis etc.

9. Ensure processing of invoice, quotation, purchase & sales order, salaries, travel claims and other vendor payments.

10. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

11. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, wherever necessary.

13. Own the month end and annual close process.

14. Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations

15. Maintain fixed asset tracking, depreciation and reporting.

16. Assist with preparation of annual budget.

17. Analyzing and reporting operating expense variances to budget

18. Oversee the preparation of payroll related filings.

19. Support and coordinate tax compliance filings including Income Tax, TDS and GST compliance.

20. Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

21. CA with experience of at least 07 years or Commerce Graduate with experience of 14 to 15 years in manufacturing Set up.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
