Grow Fortuna is looking for Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

2. Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns.

5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections effectively.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field & responsibilities.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role is plus.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

**MBA with 2 years of experience is Plus.**
**MBA fresher can also Apply.**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
