**Project Associate**

Green Worms is a Social Impact and Circular economy start up based in India. Our mission is to enable the circular economy to reach at the last mile by providing dignified jobs especially to the women workforce in the rural coastal areas and enable them to eradicate poverty and the waste crisis by creating women professionals and waste-preneurs in the waste management sector.

**Job Summary-**

The Project Associate is responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data & records related to the organization's waste management operations. This includes collecting data from the ground, verifying the completeness and accuracy of the documents and ensure its compliance with relevant laws and regulations. She/he will also be responsible for collaborating with the project team to identify and improve waste management documentation processes.

**Location **Ernakulam, Kerala

**Duties and Key Responsibilities-**

1. The Project Associate will work closely with the Social Impacts & LSG Team to identify and ensure project management documentation process.

2. Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

3. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies and ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations.

4. Maintain and update databases and systems to ensure data integrity.

5. Develop and implement data quality assurance procedures and processes.

6. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.

7. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

9. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to data management and verification.

10. Organize and Schedule Field Visits as and when required for Project documentation.

**Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications-**

1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

3. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Google

4. Detail-oriented with good communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

6. Good understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods.

**Skills-**

1. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work.

2. Be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sector.

3. Ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders.

4. Good data management, documentation and reporting skills.

5. Good computer skills - MS Office and Working on CRM tools.

6. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

7. Able to learn new systems, methods, processes and procedures.

8. Able to meet deadlines and produce quality outputs.

9. Proactive and self-motivated.

10. Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

As per Industry Standards.

**Salary**: ₹16,193.49 - ₹30,413.74 per month
