Technical Expertise
- A passion for virtualization technology and open cloud standards.
- Strong Knowledge in Telco Cloud, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, NFV MANO architecture, Openstack cloud setup, configuration, administration, Operate & Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of Open Stack Architecture and the core components (Neutron, Nova, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Swift, Ironic)
- Must know operations and be able to troubleshoot bugs within OpenStack to achieve root cause analysis
- Strong expertise in RedHat Openstack Cloud Management Platform (VIM controller)
- **Live experience in deploying the Cloud Infra using Red Hat Open Stack using Triple O.**
- **Strong expertise in Openstack Core Concepts - Undercloud, Overcloud**, Nova compute, VIM controller, Ceph storage, B&R,
- **Expert working knowledge on DataCenter staging activities such as Patch & FW management**
- **Strong knowledge in NFV infra automation using Ansible playbooks, Python scripts or Shell scripts, CI/CD pipeline tool** such as Jenkins or Tekton
- Good to have knowledge on VMware virtualization, VMware cloud management and VMware cloud operations products & technologies - Telco Cloud Platform (TCP), vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Operations - vCloud Director and VMware Integrated Openstack preferred
- Hands-on experience in implementation & integration, troubleshooting and testing of Ericsson EVNFM, ECCD
- Strong exposure to understanding of telco networks (Flat/VLAN/VXLAN/Underlay/Overlay)

Domain Expertise
- Expertise knowledge / Solid understanding of RHOSP / Docker/ Containers/Kubernetes over Dell / HP, and
- Strong expertise on Ericsson Orchestrators such as EO, EVNFM, ECCD etc.
- Good to have end to end understanding of the Evolved Packet Core and IMS Solutions.
- **Good to have Cloud environment and understanding of how vEPC and vIMS solutions can be deployed over cloud.**
- **Good to have expertise of VNF on-boarding, integration of the v-EPC/v-IMS on the Openstack Cloud environment.**
- **Good to have knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall knowledge of the newest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi, IoT, etc.**

**Should be aware of the 5G RAN / Core (5GC) Architetcure**

Functional Expertise
- Should be able to work on escalations from monitoring and alerts.
- Should have worked in Ops frontline - L1/L2/L3 ecosystem
- Playing a leading role in the setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and development of multiple Openstack cloud platforms
- Focused on continuous improvement - always be looking for improvement, automation and optimization opportunities from the cloud
- Ability to create and maintain customer loyalty by serving customers above and beyond their expectations.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication
- RHCSA & RHCE certified level Linux skills (preferred)
- RH Openstack Admin / OCA certified level Openstack skills (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Verbal/Written)
