1. Customer Interaction:

- Provide product information, answer queries, and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

2. Retail Operations Support:

- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery.
- Assist customers in navigating the store, locating products, and understanding promotions or discounts.
- Process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the retail point-of-sale (POS) system.

3. Communication and Coordination:

- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments to address issues and share relevant information.
- Coordinate with other departments to escalate complex issues or provide additional support as needed.

4. Customer Feedback and Improvement:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

5. Compliance and Policies:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to customer interactions and retail operations.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant policies to provide accurate information to customers.

6. Primary document collection and analysis.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
