**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished

goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols for powder

coating and aluminum surface treatment processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely

manner, minimizing production delays and maximizing efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues,

documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to analyze technical drawings and specifications, ensuring

alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of production facilities and equipment to identify areas for

improvement and optimization.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality assurance processes and

procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection

reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

related to powder coating and aluminum surface treatment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a

manufacturing environment specializing in powder coating and aluminum surface

treatment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for technical drawing analysis and interpretation.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve

quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ISO) is

preferred.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
