**#JobProfile**:
** Responsible to prepare MFR and MPR.**

** Responsible to Prepare BMR and BPR**

** Responsible to control of all masters, superseded, executed documents as BMR/BPR, MFR/MPR, equipment logs, and other monthly formats.**

** Handling of ERP system for BOM and RM/PM code verification.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with production planning team to develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
- **Manufacturing Process Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
- Assist in investigations of deviations, out-of-specification results, and non-conformances.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate production records, batch documents, and logbooks in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
- Stay updated on changes to regulations and industry standards relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- **Safety and Environmental Compliance**:

- Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the production team.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards in the production environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
