- Wundrsight Healthcare is building a Virtual Reality & AI-based Digital Therapeutics platform to enhance treatment outcomes, engagement, and ease of care for neurological, cognitive, mental, and behavioral health solutions. We are a fast-growing digital therapeutics startup based out of Bangalore and are backed by Meta, ISB, IIT Mandi, and more. Our goal is to provide effective psychological therapies and solutions to help the large and growing number of people in India who lack access to clinicians. _

**Location: Hybrid( Bengaluru)**

**Position Overview**:
Wundrsight Healthcare is seeking a talented Marketing & Branding Associate to join our

dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, executing marketing strategies, and driving engagement with our target audience. Leveraging your expertise in marketing and branding, you will help position Wundrsight Healthcare as a leader in healthcare technology and drive awareness and adoption of our solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Brand Management: Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

4. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, informing marketing strategies and messaging.

5. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measuring effectiveness and optimizing performance based on key metrics and objectives.

6. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and webinars to showcase Wundrsight Healthcare's offerings and engage with key stakeholders.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and prepare regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.

3. Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and digital marketing channels.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.

6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

8. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
