**Job Summary**:
- **Content Creation**: Develop and manage engaging content tailored for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and multimedia.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns to promote our brand, services, and job opportunities.
- **Audience Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with followers and industry professionals, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn strategies with broader business objectives.
- **Networking**: Actively engage with industry leaders, influencers, and potential clients to expand our network and foster partnerships.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends and LinkedIn platform changes to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- **Training and Support**: Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for using LinkedIn for personal branding and networking.
- **Social Listening**: Monitor conversations and trends on LinkedIn to identify opportunities for engagement and to respond to audience feedback.
- **Community Building**: Initiate and participate in LinkedIn groups and discussions to establish thought leadership and build a community around our brand.
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist using Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing.
