**Responsibility**:
**1. Patient Registration & Front Office Management**
Greeting Patients: Welcome patients professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Patient Details: Accurately record patient information in the register.
Appointment Coordination:
Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments while keeping patients and doctors informed.
Phone Call Management: Handle incoming/outgoing calls and provide information on services and appointments.
Billing: Generate and process bills; share payment documentation with the accounts team.
Expense Management: Update expense records and coordinate financial reconciliation with the Head Office.
**2. Marketing Activities**
Door-to-Door Marketing:
Promote clinic services in nearby areas and distribute promotional materials.
Build relationships with chemists, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Community Outreach:
Conduct surveys, map key outreach areas, and organize awareness sessions or health camps.
Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up regularly.
**3. Additional Responsibilities**
Maintain a clean and organized front office.
Collaborate with departments to achieve organizational goals.
Provide reports on patient registrations, appointments, and marketing activities as required.
Organize camps and undertake tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
