**Working days** : Alternative Saturdays off (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

**Job Summary**

Quality Assurance Executive will be the single point of contact for the Organizational Quality Initiatives. He will be custodian of documentation related to the **compliances and certifications**. He will assist the Senior Management Representative in establishing a quality culture within the organization. He/She will seek and disseminate required information/knowledge related to relevant quality initiatives in the industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

⦁ Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.

⦁ Prepares and sets up **documentation and formats** related to Processes, Procedures to meet quality standards being implemented in the company.

⦁ Maintains the updated versions of all required documents while acting as central custodian of documentation related to Process, procedure.

⦁ Assists departmental quality stakeholders in establishing measurement and management of the processes

⦁ Communicate with the internal teams for procedural requirements and compliances for maintaining the quality practices in conformance to quality standards.

⦁ Co-ordinates with the Quality consultants, Management and departmental people for the quality audit and compliances.

**Required Skills**:
⦁ Ability to handle daily scrums and work closely with leads and scrum master and product owners to provide status on a timely basis

⦁ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

⦁ Requirement Analysis

⦁ Working in a multinational environment.

**Required Skills**:
⦁ About **2+ Years experience** in the quality function in a **CMMI implemented,** Software/Electronics Product/Services company. Preferable, if experience is in at least one green field **quality certification implementation.**

⦁ Excellent data analysis skills and competent in using Process Documentation tools.

⦁ Fluent communicator in written and verbal communication. Should be able to independently prepare and make presentations on quality concepts to departmental teams.

⦁ Quality Certifications related to **ISO/CMMI**.

**Qualification and Experience**

1. Preferred any technical Graduate with good academic’s results.
