Customer Care Executive

Customer Support Executive at ONN Bikes plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction by promptly addressing customer queries and concerns. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about ONN Bikes' services, pricing, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to bookings, payments, app usage, and bike rentals.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of bike rental operations and address any
- operational challenges reported by customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English and proficiency in regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring a positive user experience.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
