**Job Overview**:
The Presales Tele Executive is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing initial product or service information. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by building relationships with prospects and scheduling follow-ups or appointments with the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and determining if they match the company’s offerings.
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make calls to potential clients to introduce products/services.
- Explain key features, benefits, and provide preliminary solutions based on client requirements.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed log of interactions, including call outcomes, client feedback, and next steps.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Update CRM systems with accurate data on leads and prospects.
- Track progress of leads through the sales pipeline and work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Malayalam or Hindi speaking is mandatory.**:

- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Good understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Ability to handle objections and clarify concerns in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, presales, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Fresher with good communication skill and confident will be considered.
- Strong interest in sales and customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with potential clients and is comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
