We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Pre sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
**Job Overview**:
As a Presales Executive in our co working space, you will play a crucial role in engaging prospective clients and supporting the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our coworking solutions, and driving qualified leads for the sales team. This is a client-facing role, requiring a deep understanding of the coworking industry and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification & Engagement**:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on their business needs, size, budget, and suitability for the co working space.
- Conduct initial client needs assessments to ensure alignment with our co working offerings.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the co working space offerings, including pricing, services, and membership options.
- Present customized co working solutions to prospective clients via calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Demonstrate how our coworking spaces can meet client needs by highlighting unique value propositions.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Support the Sales team by preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Provide insights and feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategies and service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts with customer needs and industry trends.
- **CRM & Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system regarding leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Track and report on the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales team for further engagement and conversion.
- **Client Relationships & Customer Service**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely and relevant information about our co working spaces.
- Understand and communicate customer pain points, helping to address them through tailored solutions.
- **Market Research & Industry Trends**:
- Stay up to date with co working industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Use insights to recommend new service offerings or improvements in the sales pitch.
- **Event & Tour Support**:
- Assist in organizing and supporting site tours for potential clients, providing them with an overview of the space and its features.
- Participate in industry events, networking, and seminars to promote the co working space and generate new leads.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years in a pre sales, sales, or customer-facing role, preferably within the coworking or real estate industry.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, customer engagement, or account management is an advantage.
- **Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with coworking space models and flexible office solutions.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to communicate the value of flexible office solutions to diverse clients.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience with co working or flexible office management platforms
- Prior experience in sales or presales within the commercial real estate or property management industry.
