**EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 0-2 YEARS**

**SKILLS SET -**

**Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, including any health concerns or contraindications.

**Treatment Execution**: Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic and aesthetic services, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.

**Client Comfort**: Ensure clients are comfortable during treatments by providing appropriate draping, adjusting room temperature, and offering amenities.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the spa's product offerings and use appropriate products during treatments. Educate clients on product benefits and home care.

**Hygiene and Sanitation**: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including sanitizing equipment and tools regularly and adhering to spa cleanliness standards.

**Safety and Ethics**: Adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines, including client confidentiality and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

**Client Education**: Educate clients about the benefits of spa treatments, recommend appropriate aftercare, and provide lifestyle and wellness advice when needed.

**Booking and Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments accurately.

**Promotion and Sales**: Promote spa services, products, and packages to clients, with a focus on enhancing their overall wellness experience.

**Professional Development**: Stay current with industry trends and participate in training and continuing education to improve skills and stay informed about the latest spa techniques and treatment
