**EDUCATION - **Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field.

**EXPERIENCE - ** MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 2- 3 YEARS

**SKILLS SET -**

**Massage Techniques**: Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, Thai, reflexology, and more.

**Skincare Expertise**: Knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and skincare products. Ability to perform facials, exfoliations, masks, and other skincare treatments.

**Body Treatments**: Experience in performing body scrubs, wraps, detox treatments, and other body therapies.

**Customer Service**: Exceptional interpersonal skills to create a welcoming, relaxing, and positive atmosphere for clients.

**Communication**: Effective communication to understand clients' needs, preferences, and any health considerations. Clear explanation of treatments and post-treatment care.

**Active Listening**: Ability to listen to clients' concerns and adapt treatments accordingly to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

**Hygiene and Sanitation**: Adherence to strict hygiene standards and infection control protocols to ensure client safety.

**Anatomy and Physiology**: Understanding of human anatomy and how it relates to massage and spa treatments, including pressure points and muscles.

**LANGUAGE - **ENGLISH, HINDI, MARATHI
