Position :ServiceNow CMDB Solutions Architect

Years of Experience: 10+

Location : WFH

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Document, develop and maintain the technical design of the ServiceNow CMDB architecture to meet the current and anticipated scope while maintaining CMDB integrity
- Define and Implement ServiceNow based solutions to Client and import assets from sources such as ARMIS and SCCM.
- Configure IRE to Ensure full Identification, reconciliation and data integrity in CMDB
- Proactively identify functional gaps and technical deficiencies, recommend and implement solutions
- Evaluate enhancement requests, provide design recommendations, and document technical requirements
- Ensure solution design and process consistency and continuity across the CMDB
- Design and implement solutions, which may include or require client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, workflows, and automation
- Design, implement, and manage the integration of the CMDB with other systems that receive CMDB data
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrade planning, testing, and validation

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of eight (8) years ServiceNow CMDB experience with designing / developing and implementing technical solutions
- Deep background and experience in ServiceNow CMDB, IRE, Asset Mapping, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Performance Analytics
- Prior experience with implementing ServiceNow ServiceGraph is highly valuable.
- Independently develop and test solutions in Dev and Test environment prior to migration to Production ServiceNow
- Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, etc.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
- Excellent organization skills and an ability to develop and implement plans for transforming issues / requests to completion
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple activities
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences
