Marketing Manger in Real Estate

**Location**:Noida / Greater Noida / Yamuna Expressway**
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, inventors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Sales Process Oversight:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Implement and optimize sales processes and workflows for efficiency.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and address challenges.
- Should have good hold on All NCR region including Noida, Greater Noida West, Greater Noida, Jewar, Ghaziabad
- Should have good hold in B2B Clients
- Should have experience in Sale and Purchase of Offices, Plots, Factories and Industries
- Should have experience in Acquisition of Company/Factory/Land
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Utilize market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all sales transactions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience of 7-8 years as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the Delhi NCR region.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
