We are seeking a dedicated and client-oriented resource person to join our team to support one of the key initiatives of Women Safety Wing, Telangana. The Help Desk Executive will be responsible for the following:

- Supporting and hand-holding clients through the life cycle of support.
- Helping in managing various Training schedules based on expert availability

Working with Bharosa Society, the incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals by addressing their concerns promptly, effectively and confidentially

Qualification :Any Graduate

Age : Not less than **22 years** and not more than 35 years of age as on 1st May 2023

Gender : Women only.

Skill Sets

To become a Help Desk Executive, you must:
1. Active listening Skills

2. Over the phone Probing and call flow management skills.

3. Good business communication skills in English.

4. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with over 95% accuracy

Languages : Should be able to Read and Communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English.

Days of work : We work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 05:00 pm. State Government Holidays will apply.

Initial Tenure : The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 years. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year.

Selection Process : Online Application -> Application Scrutiny -> Technical Assessments -> Personal Interview -> Reference Check -> Offer -> Joining. [Note: All steps up to Ref Check are eliminatory in nature].

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
