The Head of Innovation Portfolio will be responsible for:

- Lead a team of highly motivated and skilled Individual Contributors
- Manage the implementation of new projects according to the Innovation & Engineering strategy in India &
South Asia
- Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and

Go-to-Market process
- Develop strategies and pitch local competencies and build a pipeline of projects than can be developed by

the region with a focus on local for local and global
- Ensure that all innovation center projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality

standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing their progress
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (internal & external) locally and globally
- Maintain communication with senior leadership regarding status and risks of all AIC projects
- Recruit and hire new employees as needed to support needs
- Work with the HoD to build strategies for positioning the technical competencies in India and on-boarding

new projects that will contribute to the company’s ambitions and goals
- Develop a high performance culture
- Work on analyzing and reporting ROI created for every project by taking into account the value and impact

created for the organization
