About the role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Food Technologist to join our team. As a Food Technologist, you will play a key role in the research, development, and improvement of our food products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure the successful implementation of new food formulations and the enhancement of existing products. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products or improve existing ones, considering factors such as taste, texture, nutritional content, and safety
- Collaborate with the Research & Development team to create product prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications
- Monitor and analyze consumer trends and market preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new product formulations and processes
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of experiments, procedures, and results
- Assist in the scale-up of new food products from the lab to full-scale production
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in food science and technology to enhance product development processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Food Technologist or in a similar role within the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of food science principles, food chemistry, and food microbiology
- Strong understanding of food processing techniques and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting food analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
