Office Coordinator

We are looking for an organized Office Coordinator to join our team.
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Scheduling training and workshops with partner schools
- Coordinating with Printers, Binders, Laminators, and warehouse for timely replenishment and stock keeping
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Collaborate with other departments to support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting, preferably in the publishing or manufacturing industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
