**Sysware Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the office.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Manage office space and equipment, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Manage team movements, attendance and allocation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Graduate or equivalent.

**Eligibility**:

- Freshers from any stream are eligible to apply.
