Car Detailer

A car detailer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, both inside and out. The job typically involves the following duties and responsibilities:

- Exterior Cleaning: Washing, waxing, and polishing the exterior of vehicles to remove dirt, grime, and stains. This may include using pressure washers, foam cannons, and other cleaning tools and chemicals to achieve a high level of cleanliness.
- Interior Cleaning: Vacuuming, shampooing, and steam-cleaning the interior of vehicles to remove dust, debris, stains, and odors from carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces. Detailers may also clean and condition leather seats, polish interior trim, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Engine Bay Detailing: Cleaning and degreasing the engine bay to remove dirt, oil, and other contaminants. Detailers must take care to protect sensitive components and electrical connections while cleaning the engine compartment.
- Paint Correction: Using techniques such as compounding, polishing, and buffing to correct imperfections in the vehicle's paint, including swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. This process may require the use of specialized tools and products to restore the paint to a like-new condition.
- Wheel and Tire Care: Cleaning and detailing wheels, tires, and wheel wells to remove brake dust, dirt, and grime. This may involve using wheel brushes, tire shine products, and other specialized tools to achieve a clean and shiny finish.
- Inspection: Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met and to identify any areas that may require additional attention or rework.
- Customer Service: Interacting with customers to discuss their detailing needs, answer questions, and provide recommendations for services that may benefit their vehicle.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and cleaning detailing equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition and ready for use.

**Salary**: ₹9,544.12 - ₹23,846.13 per month
