**Tele Caller for Car Detailing Services**

As a Tele Caller for our car detailing services, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our car detailing packages and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and convert inquiries into appointments. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess a thorough understanding of our car detailing services, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable detailing packages.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for interested customers with our detailing specialists or sales representatives.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of calls, appointments booked, and sales conversions for reporting purposes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services and customer experience.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- **Sales Ability**: Proven track record in sales or telemarketing, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with car detailing services or a willingness to learn about the automotive industry and our services.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and preferences.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Persistence**: Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming objections to achieve sales goals.
