The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for directing all housekeeping operations and ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. They manage the housekeeping staff and budget while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping activities including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and inventory control.
- Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate the performance of housekeeping personnel.
- Conduct room inspections regularly to ensure cleaning standards and procedures are followed consistently.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, procedures and work schedules to promote efficient operations.
- Prepare budgets and reports for the housekeeping department. Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies, guest room amenities and linen.
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate staffing needs during peak periods.
- Maintain current knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, products, equipment and safety regulations.
- May perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in a housekeeping environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, supplies management and cost control principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Flexible schedule to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

The Executive Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards that contribute to the hotel's success and reputation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
