**Job Scope / Position Summary**
Day to day management of reception, office administration and housekeeping.
**Main Responsibility**
1 Managing front office, reception activities and office boys
2 Handling day to day office management activities such as purchase of office supplies including stationery, pantry items, repair/maintenance/replacement of office equipment & fixtures, scrutiny of bills for office space rent, maintenance
- & utilities, petty cash maintenance and payment after obtaining competent authority approvals.
3 Coordinating with building maintenance team for repairs & maintenance work at office as may be required. Handling housekeeping activities like cleanliness, decoration, etc.
4 Coordinating and arranging for travel and stay for Mumbai officials as per requirement
5 Maintaining register for incoming and outgoing correspondences
6 Arranging office events - within office and off sites, coordination with vendors/suppliers and keeping records of related bills/invoices
7 Co-ordinating and managing meetings and appointments for senior officials along with necessary
secretarial assistance, employee meetings, office events etc.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
Education: 12th \Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in admin department.
**Skills**:(Role Specific)
multi-tasking along with good verbal and written communication skills.
