Location: Pune, India

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the processes within the organization are being followed correctly and is up to date.
- Regular contact with internal employees
- Work side by side with the MIS team
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance, to support the needs of the team.
- Maintain records and databases, including employee information, client contacts, and financial transactions, with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Monitor and manage office expenses, budgets, and petty cash, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and organization in the office space, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Foster a positive and professional office environment by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance or guidance as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
- Knowledge of office equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of office administration.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
