**Reports to**: Event Coordinator / Event Manager
Experience: 1 -3 years

**Position Overview**

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Event Runner to provide hands-on support for the successful execution of events. As an Event Runner, you will assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics, ensuring all elements of the event run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for events, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Event Setup and Breakdown**
- Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decor, and signage according to the event plan.
- Support audiovisual setup, lighting, and other technical needs as directed.
- Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

**2. On-Site Event Support**
- Provide general support to the event team, guests, and vendors during the event.
- Act as a runner between different event areas to deliver items, messages, and address any immediate needs.
- Handle minor technical or logístical issues as they arise, troubleshooting to keep the event running smoothly.

**3. Guest Assistance and Customer Service**
- Greet and assist guests as needed, answering questions and providing directions.
- Support event registration or ticketing processes if required.
- Work with event staff to address guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.

**4. Vendor and Staff Coordination**
- Assist vendors with load-in, load-out, and setup requirements.
- Support coordination with caterers, entertainers, and other event vendors to ensure they are set up and operating as planned.
- Help with coordinating team members during the event to meet time-sensitive tasks.

**5. Post-Event Duties**
- Support the breakdown and clean-up of the event space, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stored properly.
- Collect feedback on any issues that arose during the event and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Assist with returning rental items and clearing the venue according to the facility’s requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in events or customer service is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift, move, and carry items; stand and walk for extended periods.
- **Qualities**: Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
