**Account Executive**

**Job Location-Kharadi, Pune**

**CTC: 3 T0 3.5 LPA**

**Accounting Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Provide reports on key financial metrics to management.

**Tax and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory filings.
- Work with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Support in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans.
- Provide detailed financial forecasts based on current and historical financial data.

**Banking & Cash Management**:

- Manage cash flow by tracking transaction movements and forecasts.
- Liaise with banks on matters related to company finances such as loans, transfers, and investments.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for business decisions and investments.
- Prepare variance analysis reports to track budget performance.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional financial operations.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate employee payments.

**Technology & Systems**:

- Maintain financial software systems and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in implementing any new financial or accounting software.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 to years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze financial data and create accurate reports and forecasts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to handle financial discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Time Management**:

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
