Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and tracking. They assist the Project Manager in various phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The Project Coordinator ensures that the project team follows established processes and helps manage communication among stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Support**:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date, including timelines, status reports, and project plans.
- Organize and maintain project files and records.
- Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with project goals.
- **Task Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor project progress and identify issues that may affect timelines or budgets.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and resource allocation.
- Escalate issues and challenges to the Project Manager as needed.
- **Resource Management**:
- Assist with the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:
- Track and help resolve project-related issues.
- Identify and report potential risks to the Project Manager.
- **Budget Tracking**:
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
- Help ensure that costs are controlled and in line with the approved budget.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all project documents comply with company standards and policies.
- Assist in preparing project closure reports and lessons learned documentation.

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.

- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all project documentation and reporting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and other office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changes to project scope or timelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based or remote, depending on company policies.
- Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings or site visits.
Pay: From ₹10,929.03 per month
