- Assist in resource allocation and tracking.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources.
- **Budget Tracking**:

- Support budget management by tracking expenses and assisting with budget reports.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of project progress and performance.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in project coordination or administration is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
