**Job Title**: GM- Fleet and Operations - Cold Chain Logistics

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:
**End-to-End Fleet and Operations Management**:Take complete ownership of the cold chain vertical's fleet and operations, ensuring seamless and efficient transportation of temperature-sensitive goods.
**Performance Tracking and Planning**:Monitor and evaluate the performance of each truck individually, as well as the entire fleet of 100 trucks or more.
Develop comprehensive work plans to optimize fleet utilization and performance.
**Sales and Business Development Support**:Lead and support all sales and business development activities within the organization.
Contribute to the growth of the cold chain vertical, expanding its reach and market presence.
**Client Relationship Management**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the C-level. Work towards expanding and deepening relationships with lead accounts.
**Team Leadership and Training**:Lead and mentor both shop floor personnel and support function teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all delivery operations.
**Cost Management and Best Practices**:Implement cost-saving strategies and best practices to optimize operational expenses.
Keep a close eye on expenses and maintain cost control at optimal levels.
**Reporting and Data Analysis**:Develop and maintain matrices and reports for weekly and monthly reporting processes.
**Stakeholder Management**:Manage relationships and communication with internal stakeholders.
Participate actively in organizational performance and operational strategy discussions.
- **Experience**: 10-14 years of total experience in managerial roles within the Cold Chain Logistics industry.
- **Fleet Management**: Proven track record of managing large fleets in a logistics environment.
- **Team Leadership**: Experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams.
- **Location**: Must be comfortable operating from the Dharuhera office.

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
