The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating leads, and managing client relationships in the field of Full Truckload (FTL) Transportation. This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can meet and exceed revenue goals while maintaining strong client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Generate leads to achieve at least 10 times the targeted revenue at any given point in both verticals.

**Revenue Growth**:Meet and exceed revenue goals through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

**Contract Negotiation and Closure**:Negotiate, review, and close contracts with clients to ensure successful partnerships.

**Business Growth**:Drive organic and inorganic growth opportunities within the assigned market segment.

**Costing Determination**:Analyze and determine costing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

**Client Feedback**:Collect monthly client feedback on services to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

**Market Intelligence**:Stay updated on market trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.

**Receivables Management**:Monitor and manage client receivables efficiently.

**Operational Coordination**:Collaborate with operations teams to define and propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for prospects.

**Presentations**:Create and update presentations.
Deliver presentations to prospects, existing clients, and management as required.

**Sales Tracking**:Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Management Information System (MIS) reports.

**Client Communication**:Regularly communicate with clients to assess their business growth needs, especially in the context of cold chain logistics.

**Client Records**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

**Client Query Resolution**:Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
