- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales
activities in the system.

5. **Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about competing products and services in the market.
- Utilize competitive information to highlight the advantages of Inspire
- Apple’s offerings.

6. **Upselling and Cross-selling**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and
achieve company goals.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on market trends and
customer needs.

8. **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and to solicit feedback.

9. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Seek out opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- Implement best practices in sales techniques and customer relationship
management.
