**Position description**:
What’sin it for you?

This role also gives an exposure towork on various ERP’s.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Accounting concepts & Processing
- Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
- Understanding of concepts of accounts receivable and the complete cycle of O2C
- Understanding about the various aspects of AR process for e.g.:

- Sales order processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit notes etc.
- Comfortable working on excel.

**Reporting Team**
- ** Reporting Designation**: Lead Associate (NPL_BPM_OA_LA)
- ** Reporting Department**: Offshore Accounts (NPL_BPM_OA)

**Educational qualifications preferred**
- ** Category**: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- ** Degree**: Bachelor of Commerce - BCom, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Commerce - MCom

**Required work experience**
- ** Industry**: Accounting & Finance/ Outsourcing/ KPO
- ** Role**: Associate

**Required Skills**:

- Should have understanding of how the process functions
- Should have clear accounting concepts
- Good analytical skills
