As a Financial Analysis Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Financial Analysis is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Analysis experience is an added advantage. Should have experience in data driven analysis to provide business solution and assess impact of strategy changes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for revenue line items as per corporate timelines and continuously work on improving and maintaining high degree of forecast accuracy
- Support regulatory submissions relating to CCAR, ICAAP, Risk Appetite, Resolution and Recovery
- Create, maintain, and enhance multi-year financial performance for the business, assessing the impact of strategic decisions and trade-offs on the P&L
- Develop strong understanding of various products offered by the Bank and the related revenue drivers
- Collaborate effectively with finance, marketing and technology and business teams
- Present results and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leaders in the organization

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Analytics and Banking
- Strong analytical skills with basic knowledge of either SAS/SQL or Python
- Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
- Good communication and strong excel skills. Working knowledge of Essbase
- Positive attitude and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team environment
- Experience in Alteryx would be an added advantage
