Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Financial Planning and Analysis. This is a Mid-Level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The position is full-time and offers a hybrid work setting available in three locations: Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, enabling insightful business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting processes, ensuring financial plans align with company objectives.
  • Competency in forecasting techniques to anticipate future financial conditions and performance.
  • Skill in variance analysis, with the ability to identify deviations from financial plans and provide solutions.
  • Experience in financial reporting, delivering accurate and timely financial information.
  • Proficiency in the use of Alteryx for data analysis and automation of financial tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives and business evaluations.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct variance analysis to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial information and underpin business growth.
  • Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analysis to support finance and business operations.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within reporting processes.
