**Job description**

**Designation: Administrative Coordinator**

The Administrative Coordinator would be responsible for managing coordination and scheduling activities between staff members and parents, and providing executive assistance to the Managing Director. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget. The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, and providing administrative support as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage coordination and scheduling activities between staff members.
- Manage coordination and scheduling of meetings with parents.
- Manage coordination and scheduling activities for the Managing Director
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events as required
- Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including meeting notes and other important information.
- Act as a point of contact for parents and staff members and provide support and assistance as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a coordination or scheduling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
