Sales Executive

**Job brief**
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Executive **to help us build up our business activities.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Develop, implement, and manage a business partnership strategy with support from unit leadership and building on existing foundation.
- Represent the unit at business events and articulate value proposition to industry targets.
- Navigate administrative requirements and develop supporting outreach and communication materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role in eLearning Industry
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and Demos
KRA’s:
a)Number of leads generated
b) Leads to Sales Call Conversion Ratio
c) Turnaround Time to receive PO
d) Sales Calls to Receipt of PO Ratio
e) Achieve sales target of 1 Cr.
KPI’s
a) Increase market share:
b) Increase footprint across the world:
c) Increase number of demos per day by: 50%
d) New Database generation:
e) Number of cold calls per day: 50
f) Reach out to New prospects thru LinkedIn: 20 per day
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
