**Position Title**: CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Coordinator

Location

- **Program Coordination**:

- Assist in developing and executing CSR initiatives, campaigns, and events aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate logistics and resources for community outreach programs, sustainability projects, and charitable initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR efforts into business operations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and other partners.
- Act as a point of contact for CSR-related inquiries and partnerships.
- Engage employees in CSR programs by organizing volunteer opportunities and awareness campaigns.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track the performance and impact of CSR programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
- **Communication**:

- Promote CSR initiatives through internal and external communication channels, such as newsletters, social media, and company websites.
- Assist in creating content to showcase the company’s CSR achievements, including articles, press releases, and case studies.
- Represent the company at CSR-related events, conferences, and community meetings.
- **Sustainability Efforts**:

- Support the implementation of environmental sustainability projects such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure alignment with sustainable practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
