**Job description**:BDM **- **IT Solution Sales, KSA.

**Job Location**: Riyadh, KSA

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.
- Required to approach prospective clients, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients & should be Passionate about selling IT services and products.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identify and Manage Prospects pipeline and generate revenue for assigned region.Establish contact and build rapport with potential clients, identify right decision-makers and introduce Awal Networks. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.
- Provide continuous feedback to ensure process and product optimization for sales & marketing & Work closely with the internal team and management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly target and meet revenue goals.

**Perks**:
2 days Off Friday & Saturday.

Flexible working hours (11:30 AM- 8:30 PM).
