**Job Overview**
**Qualifications and Skills**
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Logistic Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Experience in executing deals with B2B clients and managing client relationships
- Proficient in using management information systems (MIS) and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client servicing
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and its role in supply chain management
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized logistic solutions
- Execute deals with B2B clients, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual agreements
- Maintain and update database of clients, deals, and logistics information
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance, key metrics, and cost analysis
- Resolve any logístical issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and efficient communication
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to optimize supply chain operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to logistics and supply chain management
