- Your future position?**
- As the CFM Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Creative Fragrance Management, Market Research & Marketing teams in logistics & co-ordination. This role is based on-site at our Mumbai office, reporting to Category Director - PC, South Asia.**Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible on**:

- Organizing purchase of Market Samples for Marketing, Market Research & CFM Team.- Request Applications for CFMs and following up on the same.- Follow up with Applications on sample status- Managing Filing for individual projects, invoicing etc.- Managing Sample dispatches- Liaison with addressee on dispatch details- Following up on consignments- Organize, update and keep track of the oils in the oil library**You?**

- 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics management, customer service & co-ordination
- University Degree: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in stakeholder management and project management
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is a must.
