- **Maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical and structural systems within the resort including plumbing and landscaping.**:

- **Planning and overseeing construction and renovation projects.**:

- **Monitoring guest feedback and addressing any maintenance related issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.**

Education: ITI

Experience: 5+ years( Resort experience must)

**Salary**: 15K + food & accommodation provide

Location: Wayanad

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
