Maintenance Technician

_**Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- _To assist oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department._
- _Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed._
- _Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary._
- _Implement preventative maintenance measures._
- _Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)_
- _Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary._
- _Implement preventative maintenance measures._
- _Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies._
- _Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards._
- _Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol._
- _Perform other maintenance duties as requested._
- **Qualification & Experience**:_
- _Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a Hotel / Mall etc._
- _In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations_
- _Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus_
- _Basic Administrative skills._
- _Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly_
- _Problem-solving aptitude_
- _Diploma or equivalent degree from a vocational school with more than 2 years of Experience in the same role._
- _Hotel experience will be consider as an advantage._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
