**Job Title**: 1-Year Accounts cum Admin
**Responsibilities**:*
**1. *Accounting Tasks**:*
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial reports and statements on a regular basis.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
**2. *Administrative Duties**:*
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
**3. *CRM Utilization**:*
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Input and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate reports and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM alignment with business objectives.
