Selected Support Executive's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering questions and delivering information about YMGrad's products or services over calls and chat
2. Resolving issues and troubleshooting problems related to YMGrad's products or services over calls and chat
3. Handling customer complaints and collecting customer feedback over calls and chat
4. Conducting sessions, including but not limited to form filling and mock interviews, with clients through video conferences, calls, and chats.

Support Executives should be comfortable conversing in English and possess written and effective communication skills. They must be familiar with MS Office programs, like Word and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
