**Conference Backup & Event Management**
- Venue arrangements
- Transportation & logistics
- Safety & security
- Design coordination
- Coordinate & handle operational tasks
- Provide administrative services for larger Projects

**Transportation & Logistics Management**
- Domestic travel (Travel booking, lodging etc)
- Local CAB/Taxi arrangements
- Driver Coordination
- Better deals for accommodation for staff on travel
- Handle extensive logistics services during the event

**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Vendor Identification as per client needs
- Comparison analysis
- Cost / Rate negotiation
- Contract and payment terms
- Review and revise existing vendors and tie up with new ones.
- Inventory management system in place

**Facility & Office Management**
- Manage the internal Admin & housekeeping staff
- Review & renew AMC
- Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff
- Office space management
- Health and safety management

**Liasoning with Govt/ Local Authorities**
- Permission with relevant authorities
- Adherence to statutory compliances
- Ensure required licenses are got and maintained

Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
